Why are lessons ‘made to measure’?
I offer customized lessons that are interactive and focus on language that is immediately useful outside of class. I never teach directly from a book or rely solely on ready-made activities—I create my own!
What teaching methods do you use?
My approach is student-centered and flexible. I get students speaking from day one, helped by dynamic visuals and authentic materials, like articles and video clips relevant to students' interests.
How long do lessons last?
For adults, individual lessons last 30 minutes to an hour, the duration is flexible depending on your needs. For young children, lessons are typically 45 minutes to suit their attention span. All group lessons are 60 minutes.
Can you guarantee fluency?
No one can.
I focus on building confidence and helping students communicate effectively. With regular practice, I can guarantee that you’ll become a more confident and capable speaker of English.
How does booking work?
Submit a lesson request here, or reach out to me via email. Please note: group lessons only run with 2 or more participants.
Exam prep classes are only scheduled after an initial trial lesson.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the lesson. Same-day cancellations may result in the full lesson fee being charged. No-shows are charged in full, and frequent cancellations may affect future bookings.
How do I pay for lessons, and what should I know about payment terms?
Single lessons, lesson packages, and group lessons are available; rates vary and can be found under services.
I accept payment by bank transfer or cash; details provided at the start of class or in your welcome email. If paying by transfer, always show proof of payment (screenshot) or you’ll need to rebook.
Are course materials included in the lesson fees?
For standard lessons, yes! Custom worksheets and resources are included at no extra cost.
Exam prep may require a small price adjustment to cover the cost of specialized materials.

What platform do you use for online lessons?
Online lessons via Zoom are available for all ages. I leverage every available multimedia tool, making for an interactive and dynamic class every time. The only thing you miss from an in-person class is the commute—so stay in your pajamas, I won’t judge!
Where do you teach in person?
I teach face-to-face in the center of Foligno and its immediate surroundings only. Lessons for young children (up to 11) are always at the student’s home, while for older students and adults they can take place in my home office, at the student’s home, or at an agreed-upon location in the center.
